Got a 9070XT but if I'm looking to power limit it to reduce noise and heat would it make more sense to just go base 9070?

Hey all,

Picked up a 9070XT reaper for 740 USD at my local microcenter. I typically undervolt and/or power limit my GPUs because I prefer that they run cooler and quieter. I was able to PL my 9070XT all the way to -30% with a -50 undervolt.

It kind of got me wondering, if I was going to go through the troubles of doing this would it have made more sense to just save some money and go with a 9070 instead? Or is there still some merit to having the additional shading units, computer units, etc... despite the power limit?
