Beats 360 - no longer having hissing issue

I originally bought the headphones at Target, had a hissing issue, it was faint, but bothersome. Made a Genius Bar appointment, and they exchanged the headphones. It was a bit unusual since I didn’t get them directly from Apple, but since I went to the Genius Bar the day after they were released, they said they didn’t have a protocol for how to fix them, so I got a brand new replacement. They are obviously still under Apple’s limited one year warranty.
I tested them at the Apple Store and couldn’t hear any hissing, but when I got them home, in a quieter environment, I could hear hissing just in the right side, which was very annoying because it made you feel out of balance. The old firmware was installed at first, I updated the firmware, and the issue persisted.
So back to the Apple Store I went. They were very apologetic about the issues, and gave me a new pair again.
Third time was the charm! No longer have the issue, and I’m really enjoying the headphones. Yes, annoying that I had to make a couple of trips to the Genius Bar, but ultimately I’m happy with the headphones, and I bought a few different cushions which are an awesome deal for $10, and really liking the ultra plush cushions.
