Looking for third girl roommate ASAP; fully furnished triple private apartment $860/month!!!

As the title says (and I want to emphasize), the apartment is one room with three beds, so we would all be sharing the same room!

If you’re still interested, my roommate and I are both Spring 2026 UCLA psychology graduates! We met as transfers at community college and dormed together during our senior year in this apartment complex! We’re both TAs at local elementary schools; I work full-time while my roommate works part-time because she’s also in the process of getting her teaching credential. Because of this, we do sleep and wake up early, but we don’t make a ruckus and just ask that you’re respectful of our sleep schedules! But also, we’re honestly not at the apartment much because we’re either at work/school and arrive exhausted later in the afternoon.

We’re not neat freaks, but we’re clean individuals; we wash our own dishes after every use, take out the trash when it fills up, and vacuum/mop about once a week. We’re bubbly, communicative, understanding, and overall nice people! One thing about us is that we don’t drink, smoke, or party. Also, our landlord doesn’t allow pets (and even if he did we’re allergic so sorry about that)! If those things align with you, we’d be happy to have you!

It’s about a 5 min walk from UCLA and about a 10 min walk to Westwood Plaza! As mentioned, the place is fully furnished; it includes a desk, chair, bed, mattress, bedding, dishes, cutlery, multiple kitchen appliances, dishwasher, AC, dining table with chairs, and a patio (feel free to reach out if you have more specific questions about these)! You literally only have to bring your personal things like clothes and toiletries! Laundry is on-site, which you pay for through a mobile app. Utilities are approximately $34 a month (depending on use, also feel free to reach out if you have specific questions)!

To reiterate, rent is only $860/month!!! We would need a deposit that’s also $860, this is just a policy the landlord requires of us. Not to worry, it’s refunded after your stay unless you cause property damage. We also ask that you are willing to be in the lease with us :)
