What do you call this type concept of philosophy?

General Question

Philosphy is about perceiving someone based on them as an individual rather than what group they're a part of. Basically the idea that each individual is unique rather than seeing them as a group. For example, seeing a person who happens to be a Japanese versus seeing a Japanese, but on the latter you have a notion that it fits all stereotype, common traits of a Japanese.

I kept searching and I thought and it's individualism but that's entirely a different concept. An individualism refers to looking into own your self with the constant "what about me?". They won't help you unless u do them a favor. However you have ur own autonomy as an individualist. Collectivism or else I've seen means you're a part of group. Anything u do would be to contribute to the group. Here u ask "What about the group?" Here you have to conform to the group's wishes as a collectivist.

This is not what I'm looking for.
