do muslim guys also have that same high sex drive testosterone that non muslim guys have?

ok i know this might sound like a dumb question but i constantly see and hear about how non muslim / western guys are always horny like basically 24/7 especially the ones in their teenage and 20s where they are at their prime like it’s all the think and want

and i know some of it is like part of development but i wonder if muslim guys are secretly like this too? because obviously for us anything related to sex or being horny is shunned and swept under the rug so we never really know what the opposite gender thinks or is going through

so it makes me wonder do muslim guys not have that aching feeling of constantly being horny or if yall are just good at hiding it and have coped with waiting
