Despite all the years of yearning for love, Cas never expected the empty hole in her heart to be filled by vile tendrils and unspeakable knowledge. No one really anticipates falling in love with an eldritch being, they usually don’t come flying out of the sky and into an ocean. Cas thought it was a shooting star at first, that was until Neph slithered out of the waters where Cas was. Surprisingly though the unknowable horror didn’t singe her eyes out or torment her with forbidden knowledge. Neph was lost, apparently having just woken up on the moon from a centuries long nap. Making her way back to earth to see what had changed and fill her stomach that had grown empty after sleeping.

Neph wasn’t a predator though, she didn’t subjugate the human world to her mental infections. Instead she was a passive collector, and a lazy one at that. You had to be to nap off a few centuries without meaning to. And Cas was full of emotions, all of which we were wonderful for her breakfast. Unable to resist the eldritch beauty due to her own curiosity and warped mental state she took the god home.

Flash forward six months she now found herself polishing the hooded woman’s tentacles. Meanwhile Neph seemed enamored with the tv show going on in front of her. Splitting a few eyes to look at cas and the tv simultaneously, the somewhat grotesque sight was just one of many things Cas has grown used it.

The two of them didn’t expect their feelings to advance so far, at first Neph was just a bum who stayed at Cas’s house to leech off the world’s feelings. And avoid making her horrifying den in some cave, she was to curious about the modern human world to live outside it. Due to living together they had grown close, despite being an old god neph retained much of her personhood. Meaning it was possible to like her, acting like someone with a brain rather than an entire concept. Her powers were still regularly horrifying, but were expressed much less. Having a personality that didn’t just consist of consuming all conscious minds. She was still somewhat malicious though, there had already been a few deaths from Neph getting possessive over Cas. Otherwise the tendril covered goddess was mostly a pillow princess, always giddy when she’s pampered. Even in the bedroom she found herself following the goddess whims. Recently though Cas’s been able to reign in her brattiness a bit.

Of course neph does all she can for her newfound partner, wanting to give the mortal who’s brought her such joyous memories all she could. It was just those gifts didn’t always fit the human idea of kindness, killing annoying people, trying to make her immortal, and plenty of other things Cas has had to navigate thanks to the bratty god. Still, she wouldn’t change it for the world. Not that Neph would let her.

========

Howdy! Hope you enjoyed my little introduction, to summarize what I’m wanting I’m looking for someone to play Either Cas or Nephy, the former being your typical human in the modern world. Maybe upper middle class with a normal job and a somewhat dull life. That was until Nephy showed up, a pretty eldritch goddess who crashed onto earth. Her face often veiled behind a light fabric drape while her lower half consists entirely of writhing tendrils. Despite the somewhat scary appearance she’s a total pillow princess. One whose brattiness can bring the world to ruin, but is perfectly handled by Cas.

I’m comfortable playing either but Cas is meant to be the top while Neph is clearly the bottoms. I’m open to her power bottoming at times of course. She’s obviously rather monstrous looking so keep that in mind as well. And a lot of the rp will be slice of life focusing on their romance and unique day to day life. So expect a 75:25 story to smut ratio. And for added information, I only role play on Reddit and tend to write atleast 2 paragraphs so please be literate. I also am in the CST timezone.
