Has anyone RMA'd a 13th/14th gen intel CPU with PLE?

Have a 14th Gen intel CPU thats degraded, wanted to know others experience with PLE and handling the RMA for this, any tips or other information I should know before heading there for replacement? And was it possible to get a refund?
