I'm thinking of ending it all. how to fix door and cylinder

Sorry if you already saw this they wanted me to add more context so i was pretty hungry I searched through my fridge and I saw a small petite vulnerable jar of peanut butter in my fridge so I decided to make a peanut butter sandwich but I don't have a knife so in order to get the peanut butter out I found this cylinder in the cabinets (6 inches in length the girth of it is 5 inches) and I stuck it in there but it won't come out. You know what sucks most of all I had plans to fix my bathroom door but I'm so depressed I don't think I'll be able to do it it's squeaky and doesn't fully close. Any advice on how to get this cylinder out of the jar as far as the bathroom door I'm thinking of removing the entire thing and getting a new door where should I buy those? Or preferably how could I fix this I checked the door and seems to be nothing wrong with it what should I inspect to find the issue. But even if I knew the issue with the door I'd still think about not doing it since I'm too depressed from my favorite cylinder in the peanut jar
