Just got back from a trip at an all inclusive resort but have these bites all over me

My husband and I went to an all inclusive resort for our honeymoon and had the absolute best time and really enjoyed it however on the last 2 days realized I had bites all over my body and was itching like crazy so had I couldn’t sleep at night. He has not bites he said and no itching so he said they can’t be cuz why don’t I have them but idk theirs just too many and they are too small and I’m too many places not to be. I am soo paranoid they are bed bugs I made him dump the clothes into a plastic bag in the garage when we got home and then wash his clothes from his suitcase straight away. I washed mine once dried twice for like probably 90 min. Currently have the suitcases in the dinning room on the floor just vacuumed them out and the packing cubes in the dryer for 30 min on med to high heat. What do I do now?? Should I treat the suitcases too and our shoes?I know he thinks I’m being a bit much now but I had bedbugs as a child once brought them home from camp and it was absolutely awful and traumatizing, had to get new furniture and I do not want them ever again, not to mention how itchy I am from these bites it’s miserable.
