Recommendations for internet

Hi all. My parents' internet is extremely slow and wanted to help out by recommending better service. They use T-Mobile. They've recently upgraded their modem and it's gotten worse somehow. I was wondering what works best for everyone. I'd prefer something that doesn't automatically kick us out of Zoom meetings and can handle online multiplayer games. Can you tell I'm upset? Lol :( Thanks in advance.
