Which tire is better

I have a 2018 chevy 1500 and I am looking for honest reviews on the Cooper Discoverer Stronghold AT and the General Grabber A/TX. I want something thats good in snow and muddy roads but I do 70% highway travel. I live in the Midwest so snow is an issue and I don't want to swap out tires for the winter. I want a good year round tire. I tried looking up reviews for both but its been difficult. Thanks in advance.
