I need help covering $185 for urgent blood pressure medication.

I’ve spent the last three days trying to stretch out my last doses of high blood pressure medication, but I completely ran out today, and the dizziness and pounding headache are making it hard to even stay on my feet. I walked down to the local pharmacy hoping they’d let me pick up the prescription and pay next week when I get paid, but they told me there’s nothing they can do without the full $185 at the counter. I don't have any family nearby to call or anyone I can ask for a favor, and realizing my health comes down to an amount of money I just don't have right now has me completely overwhelmed. I just needed to get this off my chest because I feel invisible and I honestly don't know what else to do.
