halloween functions for girls in their early 20s?

my girls and i are from the states and coming to downtown toronto for halloween!

we're really excited and looking for recommendations for places to go out and dance in our costumes, any good recommendations?

we're into places that are POC friendly, with good vibes and good music, with a preference to RnB but we're into almost everything but techno and country lol

we've heard about places like the libertine, apartment 200, or lost and found, but we know close to nothing about the nightlife scene (esp on halloween AND a weekend!) so any recs are very much appreciated!!!!
