I , my wife and another couple have been dating all each other

Hi. It's kinda a complicated situation. My wife, my male friend, his girlfriend, and I are all bisexual, and we sometimes have group sex. My friend and I met in juvie six years ago and have had a gay relationship, while my wife also had a relationship with his girlfriend. We all went to the same high school in Ohio. We are now like 20 and 21. All four of us have been living together for almost five years.

​Recently, my wife got pregnant by my boyfriend and I said that to keep things fair, I needed to get his girlfriend pregnant too. He agreed, and now she is pregnant as well. On top of that, my wife wants to have another baby with me. It feels weird that both my wife and his girlfriend will have children with both of us. ​I haven't told my parents or my in-laws yet and they still think my wife's baby is mine. But my boyfriend's parents found out, and his mother is furious. I really don't know what we should do now.
