Plano ko magresign after 7 years of work in government may makukuha ba ako sa GSIS contribution ko?

Hello everyone. Sana may maka relate.

I am 30 years old, planning to resign after 7 fruitful years in a government agency. I am planning to go abroad and find my way of opportunities there.

I am curious, will i be able to get my contributions with GSIS? I have no loans made with any government agency nor with private banks.

May naka pag advise sa akin na mag loan nalang daw ako and gamitin ko yun pang abroad then i don’t pay it and let my GSIS contribution pay for it.

Tanong ko lang if pwedi ba tu, legal ba tu and wala bang problema nito in the future?
