Should I pump at night?

Our second baby is finally giving us longer stretches at night and has slept through the night twice in a row now!

She’s 7 months and does eat solids twice during the day.

With our first I had to supplement formula when I went back to work and my supply dropped. I was also pumping more often since I was in the office.

With our second, I’m home with her so I really only ever pump when I know someone else will need to feed her because I’ll be out of the house. I nurse her on demand during the day, usually 1-2 times per wake window and whenever she wakes up at night.

My question is now that she’s sleeping through the night some nights do I need to pump before bed? Sometimes I do and then she’s up an hour later to eat which is annoying. But then when I don’t she’ll sleep through until the early morning hours.
