Lost Achane… what should I do?

I have decent qbs and stud wr group (JSN, Chase, CD, JJ) but my rbs are Achane, JCM and then a bunch of 2nd/3rd stringers… with the Achane injury it’s just a total blow. I’ve tried trading for rbs but everyone wants what I consider terrible trades. Example being Swift for CD Lamb. So I am stuck deciding, do I try to trade away some stud wr for picks and try to rebuild? Or stick it out/other suggestions?
