Is Nilou C2 worth it for C6 Columbina

Hello i have C6 Columbina Dps currently playing her with ineffa Lauma and C6 aino and i have C1 r0 nilou i am not sure if Lauma nahida C2 nilou could beat my ineffa team i thought ineffa was better and she uses columbinas C6 more efficiently(i am still learning how to play these teams so i can't test them in dummy)
