Profile Problems - Any Advice?

Hey everyone, dealing with a frustrating profile-switching bug on our Model Y.

We have two drivers set up (me and my wife), and all keys/phones are correctly linked to their respective profiles under Controls > Locks (the person icons are bound right).

The issue: When I'm staying home and my wife goes out to drive the car on her own, my profile still loads by default, even when my phone and watch are left inside the house out of Bluetooth range. When she is away from the house her profile loads without issue.

Has anyone run into this where the car stubbornly defaults to the wrong profile despite proper key linking? Any fixes?
