I really need some advice about my new relationship!!

Hello, I need some advice. I've been wrestling with the idea of breaking up with my relatively new boyfriend (we've been together just shy of 2 months). he's 28m im 22f. We hit it off immediately when meeting and made things official less than 2 weeks into meeting. We fell for each other and grew very comfortable really quickly. We also met during one of the hardest weeks/day for me, and saw how devastated I was. But I thought going on the date would be good. he didn't consider that in his first impression AT ALL, and in fact made me feel better about it. So that was a green flag. HOWEVER. I'm an extremely ambitious person. I do not settle for less than I deserve. I truly work hard for the things I want in life. So I know what I deserve. I saved up 10k out of highschool just because I had the goal to. Only to realize over the years that wasn't what the average 17 year old was doing. I'm now 22, senior in college, will be heading to nursing school, decently attractive. So I'll have 2 degrees, making a shit ton of money in Boston, all at 24. That's what I want and will work extremely hard for it. My new bf. He works for a liquor commission company as a blue collar if you will. He's been there almost 7 years and is ONLY NOW realizing he doesn't see himself growing in his role. He talked himself up in our dates, saying very soon he plans to go for some kind of supervisor position. He hasn't grown in his role at all. He's very very complacent and comfortable. He doesn't make a whole lot of money either, very frugal. Which is fine, im a cheapskate too. But every time I mention anything about money (simply 10 bucks for breakfast), he feels the need to remind me that he's trying to save up for a new engine on his old dusty truck. This engine is $1700. I get it, there are other expense like rent etc. But it's such a turn off being constantly reminded of that. Especially when my sister's husband gives her $100 just because she's out and about. I suggested a weekend cabin getaway, considering we hardly see each other. I deliberately looked for cheaper options (no more than $250 for 2 nights), he finally came out and said "I dont think I can afford that right now I Gotta be honest). And again, sure, I GET IT. but I mean what are we supposed to do then? We can't even do fun things together. I'd never even mention a trip like my friends and their partners do. He told me during our dates that he plans to be engaged in 2 years, (which would work cause I'll hopefully be done with school), and kids in 3-4. You're 28 and not entirely sure what the next 2 years are gonna look like for you and you hardly make any money. How exactly are you gonna do that?? And I recently brought to his attention that I don't entirely love the fact that he ONLY calls me by my name (as opposed to cute, affectionate names or nick names. like baby, honey, love, etc, just my name in the most awkward and annoying tone). But at the exact same time we enjoy each other's company so much. I've already practically met his whole family and they like me he says. And he's only been in 2 other relationships that lasted years, and he ended up getting dumped each time. He says there's so much he couldve done better in his last relationship. We are still very early in this relationship and I'm trying to be patient and actually give it time. We also hardly see each other because were both soooo busy right now. I saw him this past weekend but dont anticipate on seeing him for another 2 weeks. I can see it in small actions that he wants to change and be better for this relationship. But I'm also worried this isn't someone I will want to ultimately marry. I'm wrestling with this. Break ups suck, but im willing to pull the plug. But would it be a mistake???? ANY ADVICE FROM PEOPLE WHO'VE GONE THROUGH THIS, OR JUST ARE WISER IN ANY WAY. THANK YOU!
