Do I still qualify for qb?

Hi! Im just wondering if I still qualify for qb, my families income is below the guidelines, (58,000~) but Im worried about the assets, our house is now worth 365,700 but we bought it for 200,000 in 2008 and we bought it off of our aunt too, i think it was a straight transfer, im not sure. But then we have our 3 rental properties, which we bought for 200,000 all together, but we didnt make a net profit off of them in the 2025 tax forms, we actually lost 12k. Now Im worried I dont qualify anymore.

I do get SAT fee waiver and free lunch, but Im still unsure if I qualify, if anyone could help me it woild be greatly appreciated!!
