CPS cases

If you work on a multidisciplinary team in a school, who gets informed about custody issues in regard to CPS cases? For example when a child suddenly changes households, goes to live with a family member, has a different person as their emergency contact, etc.

Also, does the amount of people change if the reason they are removed is due to people at the school reporting it? Meaning, other providers are aware of what's going on.
