Is Deloitte USI currently hiring for the Instructional Designer Consultant role?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to check with people familiar with Deloitte USI’s hiring process regarding the Instructional Designer Consultant role.

I applied for this role back in December 2025, but never received any update on my application.

More recently, I was referred for the same role on August 23, 2026. However, I haven’t received any communication regarding the referred application either.

So I was wondering if anyone here knows whether hiring is actually ongoing for this position, or if the role has been put on hold / hiring has slowed down.

If anyone has applied for or interviewed for this role recently, I’d really appreciate your insights.

* Are they actively hiring for the position?

* Is it normal to not hear back for several weeks/months?

Just trying to understand the current hiring situation for this role.
