do out of season clearance items restock?

I added 2 different swim shorties to my cart a couple days ago and was gradually adding items to reach the free shipping minimum (lol) but when I was going to checkout today they were both sold out. I had been eyeing them over the summer but didn't have a need for it then. Was curious if hollister ever restock items that are off season/clearance.
