Prescribed Aripiprazole as First ever medication.

So I started seeing my doctor because I feel like I have autism along with another disorder causing hallucinations and severe paranoia. After filling some forms, they noticed I scored quite high in the anxiety and depression sections and have put me on Aripiprazole. It's only 5mg since I'm young and have never been on any long term medications before besides iron supplements. I've done a bit of research online but want to get a feel of what everyone has for side effects, it's only been a few hours since my first dose but I'm now feeling incredibly tired (and it's very early in the day). What are some other symptoms that often pair with this? I'm just trying to get a grasp so I can understand what might happen to me while I'm in my university lectures.
