How to use text chat at the end of an activity (console)

On console the text chat is activated by pulling out your ghost and pressing right on the Dpad. When you complete an activity like a strike, dungeon, or raid the button to deploy your ghost INSTEAD pulls up the activity summary page. This then prevents you from using text chat bc you can’t pull out your ghost/access that same menu.

Is there any way around this or way to fix it? Thanks!
