Glottkin special heroes where???

So, playing Glottkin, turn 80, I am half way through the empire finally, been a slog of fun killing scores of these pesky humans.

But I remember in the showcase these bomb ass heroes on sweet ass mounts... how the fuck do I find them?????

Thanks for your help.
