recently I have discovered a ghost app or an 'unknown' app installed in my samsung galaxy a54 5g, which is, I don't have knowledge I have had ever installed it in the first place. it started when I cannot open my local online payment app, GCash, and it kept giving me a 'Security Notice: GCash detected an unauthorized accessibility feature on your phone'. and so I opened my settings, accessibility, installed apps, and there it was, a greyed-out app with an unusual name 'Activity Record (Clone)' under it says 'Controlled by restricted settings'. I tried clicking it by my access is always denied that putting access to this app permission can put my personal and financial info at risk. Which is a good feature for samsung galaxy devices, but also a bit annoying since I cannot access by GCash app, though I have zero balance in my account I will still eventually use that in the future. I have tried multiple settings or diggings to give this app access so I could delete it quickly. but the problem is I CANNOT find the app in any system, I searched for it in my settings apps, even I enabled 'show system apps', the auto blocker feature has always been disabled, searched the secure folder, searched for an unusual apps with no icons, and still I cannot find the app, as if it is really invisible by any means. my last resort is probably a factory reset but I gotta make sure some people out here will give me some recommendations first. for now, I do not find any unusual occurrences like ghost  touch or any mysterious accounts. the problem is I cannot access my GCash app nor I cannot delete this unknown app. I hope any of you out here will lend me some help
