Cybershot H70 and W570 -- Are they the same basically?

I'm shopping for someone's Xmas gift and they want a W570 specially because their friend has one and they like it. From the specs, the H70 should be similar enough and I found one locally for less than half the price of the W570.

Thanks if you can!
