Kash Out

I'm ready to Kash Out but the link keeps landing me on the sign in screen (although I'm already signed in). When I sign in from there, I'm returned to the dashboard where I again select Kash Out only to repeat the cycle. What do I need to do to Kash Out?

Tried to post in Official but couldn't get the Post link.
