He came back and now we are engaged

Hey everyone, I wanted to make this post because a year ago I was scrolling in my no contact journey and I would read Reddit nonstop. Me and my fiancé were together for 3 years and then he dumped me. I think he was scared of committing and with a series of family issues and life transitions (this economy sucks) etc, he walked away. I was heartbroken honestly but we were NC for four months. This time period was awful, I had panic attacks, I was depressed, and barely eating. I then started to go to the gym, focus on my family, and work. Almost as soon as I started to feel somewhat normal again he came back. We got back together in March and we just got engaged over the weekend and already set a date.
