HB Tix & Venmo

Hi all! First time poster on this sub. I would like to buy tickets from HB Tix but I'm concerned the seller is asking for Venmo payment before Ticketmaster transfer. I read the website guide, which said to be weary of this.

Have others bought tickets in HB Tix and proceeded with Venmo and later Ticketmaster transfer?
