Can SOMEONE PLEASE help me

i placed an ashy pearl and a sulfur pearl in the igneous altar and had to leave and when i came back and placed an obsidian and igneous pearl it says i already placed the ashy and sulfur pearl and now i cant place any of the fragments in their spots because i need to still place ashy and sulfur but it says i already have placed them
