Looking for input as to whether or not people would watch a channel concept

I'm sorry if this is the wrong flair thought I'd have more options tbh 😅 and I read the rules and hopefully I'm not violating them 🤔 mods I'm sorry if I did

I have been on the fence with pulling the trigger on starting a channel but don't know if it would be a channel people would want to view or if I'd just waste a bunch of my time recording /editing / posting content

I'm thinking of starting a channel where I can research and share passion projects / my hobbies with an audience 🤔 think like "Evan and Katelyn" with dashes of "NileRed" and "Morely Kurt" but with more niche interests overall

Some of the things I'd like to make videos on:

Lapidary (the eventual goal is with revenue from the channel to make it more economical 😅)

Rock hounding

Various arts / DIY things

Wood working

Chemistry

Geology

3d modeling / printing

Building PC / Raspberry Pi builds

Ect...

Obviously some of these things are not new or unique which is why I'm hesitant to start but though unbiased internet strangers familiar with the small YouTube content creators environment could be helpful for insight 😅
