Marketplace points slider

Has anyone had any luck having points refunded on a marketplace order where the slider reset from cash to points?

2 days ago I went through marketplace to buy a gift card, used the slider to change from points to cash as normal. All good. But then at some point the order must have reset back to points and when I continued through I have confirmed the order on points.

I didn’t even realize until yesterday and noticed my points had dropped - even when I was making the order it all looked the same as it normally does but must have said the points cost instead of cash cost when I pressed order and I didint even notice.

Just wonder if anyone has any luck getting points back in these cases. Although it my fault that I didn’t notice it had reset to points, It feels like a bit of a flaw in the system too
