Just looking for a little advice. Please be kind!

Hey everyone, I’m looking to get my Class A CDL and start a new career. I am looking for a company-sponsored training program, which doesn’t have to be a mega carrier. I am completely open to relocating anywhere in the country for the right opportunity. The only hitch is a domestic battery misdemeanor from 2016. It is a misdemeanor, it’s 10 years old, and my driving record is completely clean. Are there any mid-sized, regional, or lesser-known carriers that sponsor CDL school and accept older misdemeanor backgrounds? Thanks in advance for any leads!
