New YouTube glitch just dropped?

So I’ve noticed a new bug just dropped in the YouTube app. Obviously one of the dozens currently in making the app near unusable but this one is extra annoying. Basically the paper plane “send” icon to post your comment/reply won’t stop loading/refreshing. It’s just the white circle over and over and the only way to make it stop is to close the app completely. And that works about 50% of the time. Other times you have to open and close it 3-5 times. And then sometimes you have to close it, wait a few minutes, and open it again. And all of this sucks if you already typed out your reply.

Has anyone else experienced this yet or is Google rolling this bug out slowly?
