QB extravaganza through the vikings?

So im sitting here watching football (im a Vikings fan) and seeing Sam darnold, Casey Keenum and Kirk Cousins just shredding it. Now we just traded JJ MC to the Giants. Is KOC just teaching all QBs then releasing them when they're good? What is going on?

Im assuming kyler murray will be here a year...learn and leave?
