Orange County, CA Sucks

Wireless

I just switched my entire family over from Verizon to AT&T. They’re in the process of paying off up to $800 off per current device and then we traded in the rest for $1200 trading credit for new phones. I heard every word that the coverage will be better, but the speed might not be as fast. However, I am experiencing many more zones where my phone just completely stops working.

The customer service after switching to AT&T has been terrible as well. I’ve spent maybe close to three hours fixing the lines on phones that they told me would come set up which they were not. I really regret switching over but I switched all the phones and I don’t know how the new device could switch back to Verizon, etc. just want to let ppl know in Cali that LA/OC county if you’re thinking of switching.. wouldn’t go for it.

I tried a bunch of troubleshooting with the eSIM and everything is set up properly
