College help

So, i've been dealing with horrible brain fog and declining cognitive function. It took me two minutes to answer a question that was answered directly by the graph that was given... I've been taking propranolol and methimazole, so I doubt I'd get disability benefits, but the microbiology class I'm taking requires a lot of information to be memorized, including lists of steps in asceptic transfers, the different smears, etc.

The instructor I have isn't necessarily the most strict or anything, but he's very, very hard on cheating. I was wanting to ask if it was possible to bring two pages of notes, max, and maybe a generalized list of the stains to just outline the different steps, but not telling me what stain or rinse to use, because there's just absolutely no way I would be able to memorize one of those, much less six. I just don't know how to broach the subject, and the brain fog is not helping.... Any help would be appreciated 💜
