What counts as healthy food for growing puppies ?

My 4 month old shepherd mix is growing fast, I want to make sure her food is contributing to her development and not just filling her stomach. Been going back and forth between three types: a popular kibble, a portioned fresh food subscription and a whole ingredient frozen option. They all position themselves as healthy food for growing puppies but the processing methods and ingredient lists are so different they barely feel like the same category. For anyone who compared across formats what ended up mattering most?
