Neighbors camera facing my backyard

So, I just was in my backyard and noticed that my new neighbors that I haven't met yet put up a high camera on their house that faces the grass in between the both of our houses. Does this look like it's recording my whole patio too? I've been out of town and just noticed this on the neighbors house so not sure how long it's been there. Should I be concerned for privacy?
