Income Loss Forms

Anyone here whos submitted income loss forms- how long did it take and did anyone reach out to you? Its been around a month for me and I haven't heard anything back yet. I have called a couple times but end up on hold for ~50 minutes or walk into the financial aid office with 50 other people waiting with questions. I understand the financial aid office must be super overwhelmed since its still only September. Thank youuu for answers and advice in advanced :))
