Newly pregnant and spotting

Hi. I hope this is a safe place to share this. I just found out that I am pregnant with 4 positive pregnancy tests. I have an appointment next week on the 6th but am going crazy overthinking and worrying. Before I knew I was pregnant. I experienced some very light spotting and cramping, which made me believe it was my period. However it stopped. It would only occur when I would wipe and it would be a very light pink recently as of today I have experienced cramping as if I’m about to start my period and the spotting seems to be a tad heavier and darker, which is driving me crazy with worry. I already feel so attached to this baby and so much love. I’m just really scared something bad is going to happen. I’ve attached a picture of my spotting to help. I hope it’s not too TMI
