Not sure if astrals could be for me

I'm currently using explorers and before that I had em6l and truthear novas. I enjoyed all 3 but nova was uncomfortable when I used it for long periods of time. Will astral have the same problem or no? What are some downsides that astrals have because I've only heard the good parts
