Men/Women who wear blazer/formals to office, please help!

I've worked in startups most my life, and now I'm in an enterprise sales role. I've upped my formal game, and am super curious about how to fashion a nice blazer while travelling.

I travel almost every week

I wear dark trousers generally, with light color shirts

I usually see people wearing suits, but those are hard to carry, or I see people wearing navy blue jackets with jeans or unrelated pants, which doesn't look good.

Women seemed to have aced this game, and thus looking for suggestions from them as well.

The only think that might work for me IMO is

1. Grey blazer - not so sure of it though, I'll be wearing three colors at once, seems odd

2. Black blazer with black or navy or related color polos with colored trousers (what I've seen some amazing women pull off)

PS - Please ignore my not so high acumen towards fashion, trying to be better
