How chastity changed the way I think about pleasure

Locking up forced me to stop relying on the usual way of getting off. Everything became slower and more about the buildup and the denial. Even on days I don’t play, just knowing it’s locked keeps my head in a different place. Anyone else notice that the mental shift was bigger than the physical one?
