Broncos or Rams Defense Rest of Season?

Nothing too crazy. I have the Broncos Defense that I was able to pick up off waivers. My friend has the Rams Defense and wants an upgrade there and he’s a big broncos fan. But curious who you would rather have. Typically I stream defenses but the broncos fell to my lap.
