How do I know if a guy is no longer interested?

I've been talking to a guy for a few months and doing most of the initiating, and hes had some ups and downs with his personal life it seemed. But we meet, thought it went okay he was way more engaged in person and we made out he wanted more but I was comfortable, he was respectful but frustrated and something we then kinda talked about later was needing to work on my confidence. Long story short I decided I wanted to stop over thinking and move forward and it took time to get there but we did and now I dont know where he see me. After sex he stayed cuddled and talked and laughed.... show care during and after.... For other context he's going through a lot right now, lost job is being evicted and because he lost his job lost the new place he was going for. I’ve tried to be understanding and there if he wanted my support but I'm getting nothing and I know he needs space but I just want some communication. Am I wrong? Or did he get what he wanted and is done with me?
