Seeking ADA/handicap accessible housing/new construction

My parents are increasingly disabled and seeking an ADA compliant/fully handicap accessible, wheelchair-ready home in the area. They keep looking at homes that could theoretically be equipped with ramps, but really need a place that's already good to go with completely flat access, wide doors, a first floor bedroom, high toilet, and a walk-in shower. They'd like the place to be in the capital district, without being isolated from civilization and nearby hospital access.

I'm looking for a variety of options. Referrals to neighborhoods that are already under construction that could be planned with/finished with those details feel like the ideal, but any houses that are for sale that fit the bill would be welcome. Money isn't really an obstacle for them, finding a place that checks all of their boxes is the real challenge. Senior living rentals that are upscale and ADA complaint would also be welcome. Any place that has the option for a live-in aide would be a massive bonus.

If anyone has any ideas/listings/suggestions I'd be deeply grateful. I'm hoping to find a place for them that they can enjoy in their twilight years, without having to uproot from again.
